New Delhi, India (August 4, 2026) – GE Vernova Inc. (NYSE: GEV) has announced a new agreement* with Enfinity Global to provide 43 units of its 3.8 MW–154m** onshore wind turbines for the Fatehgarh Wind Farm in Rajasthan, India. Turbine deliveries are scheduled to commence in Q4 2026.
The contract covers both supply and installation of the turbines, highlighting the shared dedication of GE Vernova and Enfinity Global to advancing India’s clean energy transition. With a 4 GW renewable pipeline in the country and around 300 MW already operational, Enfinity Global is scaling up renewable power delivery in one of the globe’s most dynamic energy markets, addressing increasing electricity needs through a diversified mix of solar, wind, and energy storage technologies.
Deepak Maloo, General Manager of GE Vernova’s Onshore Wind operations in India, stated: “We’re proud to partner with Enfinity Global in supporting India’s bold renewable energy vision. The 3.8 MW–154m turbine selected for this project is engineered for high efficiency, durability, and consistent output under India’s specific wind profiles. Backed by ALMM certification and produced at our Pune manufacturing site, we’re equipped to support developers like Enfinity Global in accelerating projects that align with India’s goal of 500 GW of renewable capacity.”
The turbines will be produced at GE Vernova’s manufacturing hub in Pune, a key component of its ‘Make in India’ initiative, capable of producing up to 1,500 MW annually. As India progresses toward its national objective of installing 100 GW of wind power by 2030, GE Vernova will utilize its domestic infrastructure—including the technology center in Bengaluru and the blade production facility in Vadodara—to deliver cost-effective, sustainable energy solutions that support the nation’s economic development.
