Prolec GE Waukesha, which has held a partial stake in Menk USA since 2002, has now secured full ownership from the Menk-Schmehmann Group based in Germany, a top-tier expert in complex tube forming, welded assemblies, and steel structures for mobile cranes. This acquisition enables Menk USA to fully integrate into Prolec GE’s product lineup, enhancing the resilience of its supply chain and improving its strategic capabilities.
